Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the pkpok platform. This document forms a legal agreement between you and us.
General Terms and Consent
By accessing or using the pkpok platform, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the pkpok platform.
These terms and conditions form a binding legal agreement between pkpok and its users. pkpok is an entertainment online gaming platform providing casino games and sports betting services for users in Bangladesh.
1.1 Definitions
- "Platform" means the pkpok website, mobile version and all associated services.
- "User" or "you" means any person registered with or accessing pkpok.

Eligibility and Age Verification
To open an account and use any services on the pkpok platform, users must meet the following conditions:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This platform is for those aged 21 and above only.
- You must be a legally competent person and participation in this type of gaming activity must not be prohibited under the laws of your area.
- You may not be an employee, director or family member of an employee or director of pkpok.
- You must have a valid and active mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name.
pkpok reserves the right to verify the identity of any user when required. If an account is opened using false information, that account will be closed and the associated balance may be confiscated.
Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
To create an account on the pkpok platform, users must provide accurate and complete personal information. Each person may only create one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, those accounts will be permanently closed.
3.2 Password and Security
Ensuring the security of your account is your own responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify pkpok support immediately.
3.3 Account Verification
pkpok may verify a user's identity at any time. For this purpose, a copy of a national identity card, passport or other government-issued identification may be requested. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
3.4 Account Closure
A user may request closure of their account at any time. This request can be made through pkpok support. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.
Financial Transactions: Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into pkpok: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. Deposited funds are generally added to the account within a few minutes.
- Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits through third parties are strictly prohibited.
- Deposits via credit card or any other unapproved method are not permitted.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum amount for withdrawing funds from an account is ৳800. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 5 to 30 minutes. If verification is required, this time may be slightly longer.
- Withdrawal funds must go back through the same method used for the original deposit.
- Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- In the case of unusual transactions, pkpok reserves the right to delay or review the withdrawal process.
4.3 Currency and Tax
All transactions on pkpok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The responsibility for paying any applicable taxes or duties rests entirely with the user.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
pkpok offers new users a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. Specific conditions must be met to receive this bonus.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met to make bonus funds withdrawable. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times. That means you must wager 15 times the bonus amount received before the bonus becomes withdrawable.
5.3 Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer has its own specific terms which are communicated at the time the offer is made.
- It is not possible to use multiple bonuses at the same time unless specifically stated.
- Once a bonus expires, it will be automatically cancelled.
- If an attempt is made to earn a bonus through any fraudulent activity, that account will be closed.
- pkpok reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.
5.4 VIP Program
pkpok's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback; Gold — up to 0.8% weekly cashback; and Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. You can advance to higher tiers through regular active play.
Gaming Rules and Fair Play
6.1 Game Rules
Each game available on pkpok has its own rules. Users are advised to read the specific rules of a game thoroughly before starting. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, pkpok reserves the right to declare that game void.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure:
- Using any form of cheating or fraudulent tactics.
- Using bots, scripts or automated software.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Attempting to obtain bonus benefits through improper means.
- Sharing an account with other users or using an account jointly.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
6.3 Ensuring Fair Play
pkpok uses SSL encryption and verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure a completely impartial and fair gaming environment. We believe in the principle of fair play.
Privacy and Personal Data Protection

8.3 Third-Party Content
Games created by third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe and others) are available on the pkpok platform. The relevant game provider is responsible for the content and outcomes of those games.
Responsible Gaming
pkpok firmly believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity — not a source of income. We encourage users to set their own limits and stay within them.

Account Suspension and Termination
10.1 Suspension by pkpok
pkpok may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Involvement in fraudulent activity.
- Failure to cooperate with account verification.
- Under the direction of legal authorities.
10.2 Steps Following Suspension
If an account is legitimately closed, any remaining balance will be returned subject to verification. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of rules, the balance may be confiscated.

11.2 Final Decision

Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, trademarks, software, and other assets on the pkpok platform are owned by or licensed to pkpok. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use these assets for commercial purposes in any way without prior written permission.
Miscellaneous Provisions
13.1 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between pkpok and the user.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Language
These terms and conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, pkpok's interpretation shall be considered final.
